Electric fuel pump (2.75-4 PSI)
Our standard electric fuel pumps carry the same part numbers as those used by Universal when they converted to electric fuel pumps in the late 1970s. Except for boats with fuel tanks 8 feet or more from the engine and lower than the engine (like the Catalina 30), these were the pumps favored by Universal for the majority of the Atomic 4 fleet. Specifications given in our online catalog (2.75-4 psi) are from FACET’s published information. Depending on the amount of head loss in your particular installation, you shouldn’t expect to see those pressures measured at the inlet of your carburetor. However, the inlet pressure will typically be well above the 1 psi minimum required for trouble-free operation.
NOTE: Except for warranty exchange, this electrical item is not returnable.
