Orders can be placed using our online catalog. We offer UPS and mail options for domestic and international shipments. We also include a Priority Mail/Global Express option for international shipments.

Most orders received and processed before 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day in accordance with UPS/USPS shipping schedules. Orders received after 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. No orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. UPS Next Day Air shipments placed on Friday (before 1:00 pm Easter time), will not be delivered Saturday unless “Saturday Delivery” is selected. If Saturday Delivery is not available on your shopping cart please call our parts sales phone line for possible Saturday delivery options.
Delivery times for all shipping options have been extended. Customers may experience delays beyond estimated delivery dates. Moyer Marine will not refund shipping charges for shipments that arrive late.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express both online and over the phone.
Shopping Cart Information and Our eCommerce Policy
Online Orders Your Credit Card statement will reflect an order from Moyer Marine Inc.
Our Returns Policy Within 15 days of receipt, we will exchange, replace or credit to your account any of our products which fail to meet your expectations. Refunds are issued less an 18% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition, along with a copy of the invoice. You are responsible for any shipping costs.
Refusing to accept a shipment constitutes a return to Moyer Marine. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all return/restock charges as per our eCommerce policy.
Note: Electrical and ignition products are not returnable, except for warranty exchange.
Warranty Terms GENERAL: When the terms of warranty described below are met, a customer’s account will be credited at the time a faulty part is returned for our inspection and the validity of a warranty condition can be confirmed. If a replacement part is requested to be shipped before the warranty condition of the original part can be confirmed, the new part will be charged to the customer’s account as a new sale.
MOYER MARINE INC. WILL ONLY COVER THE COSTS OF THE ORIGINAL CHOICE OF SHIPPING METHOD ON A WARRANTY SHIPMENT. CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING IF REQUESTED ON A WARRANTY SHIPMENT.
NEW PARTS: Moyer Marine Inc. extends warranty coverage on new parts as such coverage is provided by the particular vendor or manufacturer of the part(s) in question. A one year warranty period is typical for most of our new parts.
USED PARTS: Moyer Marine Inc. will replace or refund the original purchase price of any used part that fails to perform its intended function for a period of six (6) months from date of purchase. Used heads and manifolds are sold without warranty.
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Moyer Marine Inc. accepts no liability for any damages or injuries resulting from the use, or failure of any part (new or used) provided through its services or through any of its subcontractors, nor for any costs associated with the removal or replacement of any new or used part provided through its services or any of its subcontractors.
If you subscribe to our email list, we will use your e-mail address to contact you about merchandise or services. We will not rent or sell your name. You can remove your address from our email list at any time by unsubscribing, according to the instructions on our home page.
In the course of completing a transaction with Moyer Marine, some of your personal information may be shared to perform functions on our behalf, such as package deliveries and credit card payment processing. When you place an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, ship to address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Online purchases by credit card will reflect an order from Moyer Marine Inc. We may release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law, or to protect our rights and those of our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Sales Tax Companies are required by state and local tax authorities to pay sales tax on all items that are sold in or shipped to a location within a state where they have a physical presence. Moyer Marine is required by law to charge sales tax in Pennsylvania.

All shipping options offered by Moyer Marine Inc. for telephone orders and in the check-out procedure of our online catalog are trackable. Moyer Marine Inc. will not accept responsibility for any requested shipping method which we do not have the ability to track. In the case of international shipments, due to the many circumstances beyond our control, Moyer Marine Inc. will accept no liability for added charges, delays, losses, or any other problems caused by shippers after a shipment is determined to have reached the international border of the receiving country.
