Reversing gear bevel spacer, (new aftermarket)
This spacer is used in direct drive model reversing gears, and is located between the front of the output coupling and a collar which is machined into the tail shaft to serve as a stop for the coupling. The beveled side of the spacer should be facing away from the coupling, so that the beveled part of the spacer can accommodate the radius machined into the base of the collar on the tail shaft.
