Pump rebuilding services, Mechanical Fuel Pump
If you love the simplicity of your Mechanical Fuel Pump and just want it rebuilt, but you don’t have the time, we have the solution for you!
We will rebuild your Mechanical Fuel Pump for you. Our shop will totally disassemble and thoroughly clean your pump. Rebuilt pumps include a new diaphragm, new fuel check valves, new pump springs, and all new gaskets. We pressure check all rebuilt pumps to verify the integrity of the pump top, ruling out any cracks or pinholes (this includes removing any warping caused by bail overtightening). Pumps are primed and painted with Moyer Marine Atomic 4 paint. Moyer Marine stocks replacement bails and stainless steel fuel sediment bowls, and will notify you if either of these parts is needed. If for some reason your pump fails the pressure test, you only pay our 25.00 bench fee.
Here’s how it works:
1) Add the item to your cart.
2) During checkout, choose your shipping option (this is how your rebuilt pump will be shipped back to you).
3) When we see your order, we will email you the address to send your pump.
4) When we receive your pump, we will notify you and start your rebuild. Completion time is normally 7-10 days.
5) We will notify you that your rebuild is done, and ship your pump back to you!
