Marvel Mystery Oil has a long history of keeping rings and valves working freely in a marine environment. It does its best work when mixed with fuel in the tank.  Instructions on the container recommend 4 ounces per 10 gallons of fuel, but that dosage can safely be doubled in cases were valves and rings are suspected to already be sticking.
