Cooling system bypass kit – late model

In late model engines, cooling water will sometimes preferentially flow through the bypass loop and result in higher than normal temperature, even with a properly functioning thermostat. The ball valve in this kit allows you to divert more cooling water through the block as conditions require. The kit is also useful for troubleshooting and cooling system maintenance, such as acid flushing. The kit is designed to work in freshwater cooled and raw water cooled engines.
