Connecting rod assembly (new) (set of 4)

These connecting rods carry the Universal part number 288332. Universal numbered their rods at the time they assembled them into a new engine, so there are no sequence numbers on this rod. If you choose, you can stamp numbers on your new rods, following the same convention as Universal, which means on the large end of the rod and on the same side as the bearing shell alignment notches. Whether or not you choose to mark your new rods, be sure to install them with the alignment notches facing toward the camshaft. New wrist pin bushings installed.
